Ansman & Associates Architects prepared design and construction documents for a recently completed 30,00 S.F. pre-engineered metal Factory/Warehouse building located on Pittsburgh Road (Route 8). During construction, Ansman was again commissioned to prepare drawings and specifications for a new 8,000 S.F. Major Entrance and Second Floor Office Area.
NORTHERN BUILDING
Warrendale, PA
Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a new Three-Story 16,800 S.F. building located on Warrendale-Bayne Road at the intersection of Route 19, Perry Highway. The project features a dramatic marble tile glass entrance elevator-lobby with a floating stair, water fountain, skylight and elegant chandelier.
Construction was completed in July 2003.

Ansman & Associates Architects prepared Plans and Specifications for numerous Office Projects, including Additions/Alterations for this new 4,100 S.F. totally accessible, Corporate Office facility, located just south of Pittsburgh at 517 McNeilly Road, Baldwin Township. The existing building was once a warehouse.

Ansman & Associates Architects provided complete architectural services for additions/alterations to the Martin Funeral Home, located at 429 Center Avenue in Butler, PA. The new 3,000 square foot addition includes an accessible entrance, viewing room, prep room, vault room and garage.
W.W. GRAINGER
Pittsburgh, PA
Ansman & Associates Architects has provided plans and specifications for a new 3,726 S.F. mezzanine level credit office space, and exterior alterations at their RIDC Park Location, 120 Beta Drive, Pittsburgh, PA.
Construction was completed in 2003.

Ansman & Associates Architects provided Plans and Specifications for a new one-story 1,600 square foot branch bank. Ansman & Associates Architects received a Certificate of Recognition from West Penn Power Company for their belief in saving energy dollars for their customers.
WALSH EQUIPMENT
Prospect, PA
Ansman & Associates Architects was commissioned, on two separate occasions, to design for 5,036 S.F. office and warehouse additions, and other alterations to this facility. The new 1998 office addition included a new entrance foyer, a general office, the owner's office, and a large conference room.
